About Us
Most mid-level companies/organizations run into the same problem: They have more creative needs than creative capacity available to them. Many companies are faces with two options. Create mediocre marketing material or forfeit the idea. For ambitious organizations with more creative needs than internal capacity, Lightwell is the full creative department they don't have to build or organize. Unlike a traditional agency, production company, or collection of freelancers, Lightwell works as an ongoing creative partner. Our goal is to understand the organization, identifying opportunities, recommending the right creative solutions, and execute them exceptionally well.
We make film, animation, digital design, photography, and podcasting easily accessible and exceptionally executed.
Our Story
After working in both the creative industries and private/public industries across the State of Tennessee, the Mortensen brothers are creating a bridge between the business and creative industries. Not only do they hope to add immense value to those they serve, but to harbor a fruitful and stable environment for the incredibly talented artists around the state.
